Terms and Conditions:
Rental Period: Daily rentals run for 24 hours from drop off time to pick up time unless the schedule is delayed by Alaire. Late returns may incur additional charges.
Weekend rental: If the rental days run over a weekend, the Alaire team will drop off on Friday and pick up on Monday
Deposit: A refundable deposit is required for each rental, payable at pickup or delivery. Deposits are refunded upon return and inspection of equipment.
Cleaning: Grills must be returned clean from food deposits both on the grill and on the structure. If not, a cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit.
Damage/Loss: Renters are responsible for any damage or loss beyond normal wear and tear. Replacement or repair costs may be deducted from the deposit or billed separately.
Usage: Equipment is for outdoor use only. Renter assumes all risks associated with use. No modifications or unauthorised repairs permitted.
Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before scheduled pickup/delivery for a full refund.
Liability: The rental company is not responsible for injuries or property damage resulting from misuse of equipment.
